About Charlson Meadows Programming
Nature has much to teach us if we are only willing to observe, linger, and listen. Our programs are designed to connect our guests with nature in each glorious season. Following nature’s lead, we focus on different elements of self care throughout the year.
We offer two main types of programs: day events and weekend retreats. Day events are $25 and weekend retreats are $125 ($25 for programs and $100 for food). See below for more information about what we have upcoming.

Intuition fosters aliveness, purpose, creativity, and enhanced relationships. Intuitive insights bring a smile to your face. They also gift your creative projects with ‘Ah Ha’ moments, your purpose with ‘Yes’, and your connections to self and others with awe and wonder. Together we will explore and practice:
- Explore heart opening keys to relaxation and joy
- Discover expanded sensory awareness
- Nature’s direct contribution to aliveness
- Collaborative intuition in relationships

Beauty nourishes us on many levels. Charlson Meadows creates and preserves beautiful settings for our guests inside our facilities and outside on our land. Beauty invites us to slow down, enjoy the moment, and be inspired. It is part of self care. Together we will:

- Share our beauty stories with each other

Silence and the Art of Non-Doing
How beautiful it is to do nothing and rest afterwards."
Silence sets us free. Emotional upsets, to do lists, and worries melt under its calming gaze. We remember who we are. We give up choosing productivity over ease, or judging ourselves daily by how much we have or have not accomplished. Unplug from your daily habits and plug into silence—a silence that fosters the art of non-doing. These silence and non-doing skills can nourish you for the remainder of your life. Activities are optional; commitments to silence are invited.

All Upcoming Day Events
Our day events will begin in the Nancy Nelson Lake House, then take you out in nature alone or in small groups. Bring a lunch and beverage. Dress for the weather and come away for the day.
All Upcoming Weekend Retreats
Invest a whole weekend at Charlson Meadows. These retreats offer short, potent group meetings, optional activities, and plenty of time for you to experience all Charlson Meadows has to offer. Delicious, healthy meals will be prepared by a local caterer.
