Kim Boelter, Charlson Meadows Staff

You may meet Kim in the kitchen, or near the Chalet where she greets guests for the Reflective Walks. Maybe you will meet her while she’s in the garden, or making the Nancy Nelson Lake House sparkle. She came on staff two years ago to prepare the Lake House for guests, and as a hard worker with an eye for detail, she keeps finding more she can do to help make Charlson Meadows a special place.

Kim‘s greatest gift is in loving people well. In the same way that Kim notices the details around the property, she has a keen sense for really seeing our guests. We get feedback about how she has held the right conversation at the right time and made an impact on our guests. She celebrates people and connects with others in a unique way. She carries the heart of meaningful connection at Charlson Meadows when she serves our guests.

Kim is married to her college sweetheart, Tim, and they have three teenagers: Joshua, Elizabeth, and Jonathan. They live in Eden Prairie with Stella, a cockapoo.

As a team, we have enjoyed Kim’s laughter and ready-for-fun attitude. In meetings or while working on projects we know she will add fun. She’s always looking for things to celebrate and she finds them. Kim is thoughtful, strong, and powerful. We are thankful to have her on the team.
