Cost for non-profits

Day Use: $75/group
Overnight Use: $150/group*

  • All programs require application review and acceptance by Charlson Meadows
  • Food is not included. Full kitchen, a kitchenette, and caterers are available.
  • Refunds are not available, but you are welcome to transfer your registration fee to another program, date, or gift your registration fees to another person or non-profit.
  • The overnight use is for up to 2 nights.  The fee covers the duration of your stay.

What are the specific objectives of your gathering? Please be prepared to tell us how your objectives were met at the conclusion of your event.

    • Preparation: We encourage group leaders to visit our property before booking. On the day of your event, the person responsible MUST arrive at least 1 hour prior to participants’ arrival to meet with Charlson Meadows staff for check in procedures.
    • Food/Beverage: Charlson Meadows does not provide food. You are welcome to prepare your own food or use one of our recommended caterers.
    • Smoke/Fragrance Free: Charlson Meadows facilities and property are non-smoking and fragrance free.
